The Lily Bag from Mulberry is a limited edition bejewelled piece that has been released as part of its Spring and Summer 2011 Collection. It’s design is based on an old and classic Mulberry favorite. But while the Lily is actually just natural leather, this limited edition is of camel suede and then embellished with 2,596 Swarovski crystals 460 rivets. All these have been manually applied.
The carefully handmade and jeweled Lily bag retails for about $5,250. No two bags look the same, since each has been done by hand. Also, there are only about 25 of these in the market.
While transparent bags PVC bags aren’t appealing to me, these latest pieces from the Furla collection for Spring/Summer 2011 look really cute in bright colors:
They’re just like jelly candies, aren’t they? These colored bags aren’t so transparent, you may not have to worry about thieves spotting what’s inside your bag. However, if you don’t like that one and prefer something see-through, there is still this design:
The bag’s dimension is 12″ wide x 7″ deep x 9.25″ high but I just wish they had something more than a speedy for I think speedy’s are too small to put all summer essentials in there.
