I’m starting to develop an unhealthy addiction for Tod’s D Bag, ever since it’s been getting so much attention lately. It has been getting its royal treatment again. Although, the bag is already iconic in its own way, considering that it has been named after the People’s Princess, Diana of Wales.
Tod’s D Bag, over the years, have gone through a lot of design enhancements. Debuting in 1997, it had its own share of reinvention.
This design has a prominent side pocket.
While this has stitching across the bag’s surface, vertically and horizontally.
This comes with a mini-D Bag.
Each of these design reinvention also come with different shapes but what is so prominent about it is its handles. Notice that? I think it’s the handles that makes the bag stand out, setting it apart from other satchel or luggage type of bag.
I’ve been looking online for something similar, and admittedly, less pricier. I learned Target has one that would only cost about $150 but I couldn’t find the exact bag. Although I found this Kenneth Brown Ladies Tan Italian Bag looking close to its style:
Its shape features the classic Tod’s D Bag design but only goes for £95.00. I’ve been hearing it’s been selling a lot.
Tod’s D Bag has that “mommy bag” feel to it, though, which is fine considering Moms do have so much stash inside their bags, the Tod D would be perfect.

No kidding, this bag is made from wool tweed, the kind you would use as a blanket. The backpack is sewn with drawstring closure and two extra handles for easier handling. The bag is one charming piece to carry. 6″ x 15″ x 24″

Demure and very feminine looking, this bag is capped with as silver tone hardware on the outside and polka dotted linings inside. Ideally, one would think to wear it with dresses, but I can see someone in jeans also carrying this bag around.
