The first thing that came to mind when I saw this handbag from Miu Miu is my sister’s pet Maltese. This handbag is begging to be pet and cuddled. And I normally wouldn’t give fluffy bags a second look, but there’s something extra-ordinary about this piece from Miu Miu.
A handbag like this is made for the cold Winter season and because it’s a top handle with a detachable strap, it can be carried in many different ways. Strap it on or carry it with one hand, this handbag should blend perfectly well with your coordinated Winter wardrobe.
I also like that it doesn’t look too overpowering, even with all that shear. You would not be afraid of looking like you’re carrying a muppet with you. The handbag looks absolutely trendy.

I’m really becoming more and more impressed with the way Victoria Beckham handles her handbag line. She really does know what she’s doing and has been coming up with impressive pieces that can rival her personal favorite handbag lines the Hermes or Louis Vuitton.

A fashion magazine has called on the Celine Luggage Tote as the newest IT bag, taking over Proenze Schouler’s PS1 reign.
That bag has a particularl feature that appeals to me. It’s chic and structured, but the side flaps give it extra…wing, so to speak.
And it looks like designers are getting the drift and coming up with their own interpretation of the style for I found this Pashli Satchel from Phillip Lim a bit similar to that IT bag.
This is part of the designer’s Fall/Winter 2011 collection and it is such a gorgeous one. It’s kind of a work bag and can fit your laptops fine (measures 42cm by 29cm). You can also put a few folders in there. It’s decent and fashionable, even in the boardroom.
But I also like that you can bring it with you when shopping or going on coffee date with friends.

Naysayers be damned! Victoria Beckham is apparently emerging as a top designer for handbags.
When the former Spice Girl debuted her collection last Spring, not a lot of people believed her handbags would account for something. Lots of celebrities have tried their hand and designing bags and failed. But only a few months into this and Posh Spice is already making a big name for herself as a handbag designer.
This Two Tone Lizard and Leather Clutch is said to be such a big hit this season and one of the most coveted clutch bags from her collection.
Like her, this handbag does exude a posh quality. It kind of reminds me of Chanel, I have to say, in that the style is simple, sleek, but very, very classy. That it comes in a shade of honeysuckle pink, which is the color of the year, even wins with every bagista everywhere.
