These collection from Givenchy had me going “Wow!” because they truly are, well…wow-worthy. The handbags come with a structured and clean design, which makes the bag look even sophisticated. And I like that this collection comes in many designs, which gives one plenty to choose from.

I especially like the one in white with black handles. It looks absolutely chic. Inside, the bag offers much room and space for nearly everything you want to put in the bag.

This handbag is looking a lot like Tod’s D-bag, which I’ve been lemming for this year.

Givenchy Antigona Satchel

This fall, jazzing up your wardrobe would be so easy when you accessorize with a snakeskin handbag. Most preferrably the faux kind, snakeskin handbags are classic go-to pieces these days and they can quickly turn an average-looking outfit into something more stylish and fashionable.

Here are three different bags, from high-end to low-end, featuring the trendy snakeskin style:

And the thing about this bag is that it’s not exactly made from actual snakeskin. This is a fabric bag woven together to appear like it has that snakeskin texture. And I think that it’s a pretty great idea, considering no animal had to die to be able to become this bag.

I really love how simple but elegant this clutch’s design is. I also love that it’s only $79.90! The snakeskin leather is faux, of course. But the bag looks really smashing and first-rate.

Trend Alert: Snakeskin Handbags

I have little love for fur or even faux fur. It’s the kind of fashion I don’t really know how to carry but since fashion is something that can be developed, I’m willing to try out wearing something with faux fur for the season, when it’s one of the trendiest. It isn’t easy to rock, but I guess I could start off with handbags lined with faux fur. Some of my choices for this are the ones below:

This fur satchel from Kenneth Cole is structured but hardly boring. It’s looks basic but comes with a twist. The combination of faux fur and leather makes this handbag more interesting. The handbag is also totally useful as it is filled with multi pockets and compartments inside. This keeps one stylish and organized.

I instantly love the style of this Mohair Garden tote from Prada. This piece has soft faux fur in light color, which I think looks clean and simple. The handbag also comes with a heritage tag.

This Forzieri wicker handbag with faux fur I think looks fun but classy at the same time. It would be perfect for daytime wear. Inside, the handbag comes with zip pockets. It’s closure is only a cord, though. It’s cute, but I think I’d like if it were more secure.

Three Gorgeous Bags With Fur

A fashion magazine has called on the Celine Luggage Tote as the newest IT bag, taking over Proenze Schouler’s PS1 reign.

That bag has a particularl feature that appeals to me. It’s chic and structured, but the side flaps give it extra…wing, so to speak.

And it looks like designers are getting the drift and coming up with their own interpretation of the style for I found this Pashli Satchel from Phillip Lim a bit similar to that IT bag.

This is part of the designer’s Fall/Winter 2011 collection and it is such a gorgeous one. It’s kind of a work bag and can fit your laptops fine (measures 42cm by 29cm). You can also put a few folders in there. It’s decent and fashionable, even in the boardroom.

But I also like that you can bring it with you when shopping or going on coffee date with friends.

The bag comes in basic black and taupe colors — perfect for just about any outfit. It’s available at Net-A-Porter for $895. Not bad at all!

3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli Satchel

On first glance, you would not suspect that a bag like this can actually come with a compact drawer.

Like so…

Released last year by Liz Couture, this satchel is made of croc-embossed patent leather and comes in either red and black.

As it is, the satchel already makes this a roomy bag. But being built in with a drawer keeps all of the contents in your bag organized and you don’t have to wade through the bottom just to look for stuff. Inside, the bag is lined with light tan fabric.

The drawer doesn’t make this bag heavy, too, which makes carrying it even better. And given that it comes in red makes it a perfect fit for fall season’s trends. Although, personally, I’d much rather prefer the black one.
