I saw this photo of Blake Lively from the set of her Gossip Girl series, and I was instantly drawn to the handbag she was carrying. I think it was because I liked the subtle color combination of it, with its blue top handle, orange straps and a black and tan body. I also like the sturdy form of the satchel, which is another plus for me. It adds a lot to the bag’s functionality.

The gorgeous Megan Fox was seen trotting the streets to go to work with this Alexander Wang zippered hobo. The actress matched this piece with jeans and a tight turtle neck top. But the bag stood out because of its unusual color and has complemented her sexy Louboutin heels.
The handbag appears like faded blue denim, and seems antique washed. Featured with zippers, this piece is rather edgy, but the actress wears this with ease and a whiff of sophistication and sexiness, that I guess, is inherent in her.

The Ethel Satchel, released by Chloe early in the year, is designed as a super slouchy bag with a really large interior. It’s perfect for someone like me, who’d like to stuff everything inside my purse.
The handbag is made of smooth and soft goat and lambskin leather, whose combination assures of a sturdy and durable fit. I love its very obvious geometric hardware as the accent. It’s actually the one other thing that makes this handbag so interesting. I also like the contrasting leather on the top handle.

This handbag is perfect as a weekender bag but you can also carry this to work and have all your essentials in it. At $1,295 a pop, I think this is a good investment. A bag like this is something I could use for years.
